UGH! Stopped tracking food and exercise a couple of months ago. Been eating just about whatever I want, including ice cream, cookies, cheesecake. My weight shows it. Getting back to dieting and tracking mode, before this gets worse. I am going to try intermittent fasting. I have a lot to learn!
