Made a keto cheesecake and have pork roast in the oven for dinner tonight. Am currently fighting cravings for toast. It was my birthday yesterday, and the cheesecake is for me. The grandkids are going to stick 55 candles in it and sing me the Happy Birthday song in English and Chinese. Work days are easy to stay on plan. The days off can be killer.
