Down in the dumps today. Sick of eating 'fast' food and bad food. Need to go to grocery tomorrow so making list today. Matt wants chili, cool. But what else to make? ...and with chicken. Gonna get salad stuff for me also so I can have that for lunches or to accompany dinner.

So tired, zapped of energy cause of crappy food. Closing the bar with friends doesn't help, but it's only once or twice a month we do that and on the weekend and I do enjoy hanging with them.

Still a little sick. Voice not fully recovered and stomach turning at times (could be the crap I'm eating).

Haven't worked out since last Friday morning. Miss it, but just don't have the...umph...to get up and do it. Promised myself I would go tomorrow morning.

A little bit of good news. I asked my mom for kettlebells for x-mas since she keeps asking. She told me to order the ones I want. Yay!

Think I'm gonna take another nap now. Again, just feel drained. Alcohol, bad food, not enough sleep, dehydration...all of this ads up.
