I was able to get into the Dr this afternoon. I have a pretty bad case of bursitis that is healing up. I guess I burst the liquid sack which is what caused all the bruising. It is also highly possible that I have torn my meniscus. I have to give it a couple more weeks and then if still in pain it x-rays, MRI then maybe surgery. So back to the arm weights and sit ups I come.
