So not hoping for that number but then wondering if all of that is in my swollen knee?? I am not feeling the greatest and my knee is black, blue, green and red. I don't recall doing anything to it or remember anything hitting it. So I guess I will be calling the dr on Monday and for now I will really have to watch what I eat and keep the exercise to the abs and arms.
