I'm back on track! Now I just need to stay on it. lol I'm starting the day right with my Fiber One Chewy granola bar and an EAS shake. I have the day off so it shouldnt be too hard to stay on track. Just put a fresh piece of gum in everyonce in a while and that helps me not to mindlessly graze. I need to focus on drinking my water and when I'm away from home not get too much pop. I was starting to lean towards regular pop and when I nursed a 44 oz. Coke from Sonic every day. I thru in a diet one everyonce in a while but it was getting rare. I did really good last year and i have faith that this year will be the same. I had some trying times last year so I'm excited to get the new year started!
