I fasted 22/2 and had a walk. I had a cosy and entertaining meeting with a friend and my syblings. It seems like relaxation helped losing a little more :) I got no bowel movements. I was invited for a hangout session after returning home and the debate kept me up till 5:00. So again no propper sleep at night :) I kinda like these and can't complain right? My body fat rate didn't drop today, probably because of the abundance of cheese in my salad.
