Hello All, I've just joined fatsecret and noticed is a great tool to count your calories and carbs you consume... I actually started a low carb diet back in Feb/2016 and started walking 3Kms/day, 6 month ago and lost 10 pounds (I used to weight 240 pounds). I stopped dieting due to a knee injury and I am back into it now. I've been reducing the carbs since 3 weeks ago now and have seen NO results. I am thinking my calories consumption must be high but I've just used the Food entering tools to simulate a day eating with what I've eaten so far in the day plus what I plan to eat later and realized mi calories intake are fine, the carbs not as low as I wanted but still under the 50 g. I mean, I know I am losing fat for sure as I am able to wear some old pants 2 sizes down but I want to lose weight!!! I am struggling with that.
