Hello All, I've just joined fatsecret and noticed is a great tool to count your calories and carbs you consume...
I actually started a low carb diet back in Feb/2016 and started walking 3Kms/day, 6 month ago and lost 10 pounds (I used to weight 240 pounds). I stopped dieting due to a knee injury and I am back into it now. I've been reducing the carbs since 3 weeks ago now and have seen NO results. I am thinking my calories consumption must be high but I've just used the Food entering tools to simulate a day eating with what I've eaten so far in the day plus what I plan to eat later and realized mi calories intake are fine, the carbs not as low as I wanted but still under the 50 g. I mean, I know I am losing fat for sure as I am able to wear some old pants 2 sizes down but I want to lose weight!!! I am struggling with that.

Keep playing around to find what works again. You could look up Intermittent fasting or 5:2 diet. You may need to find something to reset your metabolism. But find something that you are comfortable with and hopefully the progress will be coming soon. Congrats on losing body fat, that's awesome.

Ah, but the two sizes down is a true indicator. Be happy with that! The scale will follow.

I think having the food nutrients at hand encourage me to not eat those deadly snacks and less carbs... I thank God I found FS!
