Well, as of yesterday, I've lost 20 lbs since Sept. 10. Gone from a size 20 pushing into a 22 to an 18. The diet I do, I'm supposed to have a cheat day every 20 days, but my 20th day was this past Monday. I didn't cheat, because I "know" that Thanksgiving is next week. So, being real strict until then, cause I'm going to pig out. Then, Friday, back to the drawing board until Christmas. Sure would be nice to be at 30 lbs lost by Christmas. Wish me luck.
