Wow !!! I've lost 20KG in a period of 6 months
Following Dr Cohen's 1st Personal Diet.
Mind over matter.
Initially it was hard, then it became a lifestyle.
On my own now - still eating same, trying more Low Carb / Fat Free experiments :-)
Have a taste of comfort here and there - in moderation (maybe 1 or twice a week ) I feel that I need to, to avoid a binge
Seeing the results and Staying Motivated. More fat loss then FIRM n TONE :-( I'm so scared for that part . .
we'll cross that bridge when we get there
