Weighed in this morning, I was down again. Thank goodness. I'm starting to realize that every loss, is a gain, in the sense that I'm gaining control of my weight, and that's a good thing.
Last night was the party, it wasn't so much of a party, as watch a 4 year old tear into gifts and then eat cake. Which I didn't do, because it was chocolate. And no chocolate for me!! I was planning on having a peanut butter cookie, but there were none. So another day goes by and no sweets. Probably a good thing.
Tonight I have my last minute shopping to do. I have NO idea what to get Boyfriend. I got him two things already, but what I wanted to get him as the last part of his present is sold out everywhere!! I have no idea what to do.
I'm planning on being out shopping for at least 2 hours, so that will give me some nice walking time. I'm planning on taking a walk at Target, a la cindyshine.
