I am going to call this SUGAR SUGAR!!!

Something is going on!!! After self destruction and finding my way back to the right side once again, I was rewarded with a loss of a pound of fat. However, something else is going on, today I did not put much though into my choice of clothes, black jeans and a pull over top. I wore the jeans last week and noticed they are kinda roomy but when I put them on today it is like this may be the last time I can wear these they were so baggy and the top will have to go to Good Will as well. So my body has been changing without me noticing or reflecting on the scales. So it is true, it is not always about the number on the scale. It seems to happen over night, not the counting the many miles of walking 72 miles last month and my goal is to match it this month. So when I get discourage that I am fighting a loosing battle and I might as well eat the wrong foods, I must remember to give it time because there are changes happening that my body is responding to the changes. I have to remember that body has been through abuse for many years and it will take time to heal and to overcome my addiction to SUGAR!!!
