Had a GREAT workout yesterday, I was honestly sweating so much (gross but good!).
My work out consisted of:
10 min 3.6/mph on treadmill 3 Upper body exercises, 3 reps of 25 each 10 min 4.0/mph on treadmill 4 Core exercises, 3 reps of 1 min each (plank, side plank, superman, raised leg plank) 5 min yoga stretching
It felt SO good and now my back and arms are sore today, definitely a good sore!
Did anyone else work out yesterday? If so, how was it?
