Because I took yesterday off from dedicated exercise, I didn't take my normal Sunday off. I walked 3.1 miles mid-morning with the 2 doggies.
I'll need tomorrow to "recover" from the weekend's tasks by focusing on all the typical, household jobs I should have been doing. A super busy week coming up; guess it's that time of year.
