Got a workout in 3 days in a row, woo hoo!! I am learning that some days I can and some I can't and that's okay. I have to figure out what works for me for today and tomorrow I will figure it out again. I have enough stress in my life I do not need to stress myself out.I feel like as long as I keep learning these lessons I am moving forward.
