I knew my weight was up because my wedding ring is tight and it isn't usually. I am going to blame salt and heat, it's not really blame as much as just the truth. I will be drinking lot's of water today to help flush that salt out. We'll see about exercise since I am on day 2 of a migraine. Is there a place we can run away to away from stress? Just dreaming!
