Wow is it hot here, which leads to a lot of drinking water, which is a good thing. Ankle is better but not yet a 100% so will hold off one more day, but I will still get in my ab work and pushups. We had a cook off today at work for our monthly agency meeting and I tied with another co worker for the win. I made potato salad, but I made it with my home grown potato's and eggs and added just a little bacon. =) It was good if you ask me. Well, off to practice the piano... Stay cool my friends!
