4th day.Yeah its fourth day of induction and going strong.I am another 2 pounds down,which makes a total loss of 6 pounds in three days.
I'm not excited...It always happens like this.I lose first few easy pounds which is most probably water and then the weight loss slows down,I lose the focus and in a couple of weeks or so just stop it all altogether.Then eat whatever and whenever I like,regain the lost pounds and some more...And then after few days restart dieting again.and stop again...In fact I started dieting in 2007,when I was 185 pounds,then stuck at 155 and since then its a horrible cycle,I commit to diet,lose and regain and lose and regain again...I never could get past 148pounds.I need to be 115-120...May be I will be happier once I get past the dreaded 148 magic figure,which I reckon wont wont happen anytime soon...
