Well, each time I go to work, they cater our lunches and snacks, I gain weight. Good thing I don't work full time. This time I just went with the flow and didn't try to bring something special for me. Then I got that carb taste and went crazy. Back to boiled eggs, bullet proof coffee lots of veggies today. I will have to say, I was really bad about some things like I had ice cream one day, way to much bread, and the homemade banana bread, but I really enjoyed the fresh fruit. Think I will still be having some of that.
