ZOMG! 149.1 this morning! i broke my plateau Last night i was at a party that had a ton of pizza and chips, and i didn't even touch them, i cooked a salmon fillet and ate that instead and i guess it paid off! I also made sure to treat myself too, and had strawberry dipped in the chocolate fountain that was at the party(turns out it was a mix of dark chocolate and milk)
