3.1 miles walked this morning, part of it with one dog, as I joined DH on a part of his walk with both doggies.
My side/back is still bothersome, although I'm not taking ibu for it right now. I may have to re-think that for night time. It wakes me up a few times at night and it's hard to get comfortable on my side. It's been 3 or more weeks now and I probably should go see a doctor about it, but it seems trivial to go in and say "My side feels like I pulled something." I mean, what are they gonna say? "It takes some time to heal, take some ibu, put some heat on it when you're sitting, don't strain to do things and try to rest it." I already know that and am trying to do that, so I guess I'll just save the trip. If it's not better by 2012, or if it gets a whole lot worse, maybe then I'll go get it checked out when I'm due for my more-or-less yearly check-up. I have a nice thin medical record (for my age) and I'd like to keep it that way - LOL!

I'm with you on that Sandy..I try to stay away from the Dr. unless I
just can't take it any more...besides thats where all the sick people
are..coughing and such..I feel like I have walked through germ infested
zone and so afraid of getting something..it takes me a month or more
to get over a cold...I have a stash of purell in my purse, car and any where else thats needed to have close at hand...But do go if you get any worse and it for before 1012...Take care of you...☺

Bren, I agree whole-heartedly about staying away from the offices with all those sick people!!! I also carry Purell, or similar, in my purse and in the car. I got in that habit a few years back when there was a problem with the flu vaccine and so only healthcare workers or those over 80 (or something like that) could get it. I was so afraid to get sick, I got into the habit of using that stuff anytime I ventured out into public and used grocery carts, touched door handles, etc. We're not germaphobes, just smart!!!!

Hate that you are still not feeling 100%, but think the fact that it is getting better is an indicator that it will continue to do so. And of course, continuing to lose weight won't hurt anything either. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
