Long weekend. I came home from trip to a sick boyfriend. I didn't sleep well at all and my diet wasn't perfect. Some of it was out of my control. I got back on track a bit this weekend. But I caught the cold my boyfriend has. I have been resting and taking cold medicine and other supps. Today I woke up with a pretty bad sore throat and tired. My head feels stuffed. Ive been drinking ginger/lemon honey tea. Its been helping. I feel like my body is fighting it off before it gets worse. If I wake up worse tomorrow I might take a day to myself from work. Ill see.

As for today. I really wanted to workout. But I am not sure if its good to workout sick. To be respectful of others at my gym. I dont plan to go there because I am contagious. I think I am going to do a light leg workout circuit at home then rest, read a book and get to bed early.

Panigale, I have learned, if I take NiQuil and Dayquil around the clock, I may feel like crap, but I won't have all the awful symptoms when I get sick. People would ask me at work, why I never get sick? I get sick, I just don't show it.
