Hi,

My scales are digital, but crappy as I can get on them 5 times in the morning and get 5 different reading within 1kg, anyway I am going with 86.3 today which means that I put on 0.2kg. I seem to go up and down but in a downward trend, so all is good in the world.

I still have a head cold and today and yesterday I have a stinking headache. I have taken quite a few tablets, but nothing seems to get rid of my headache. I believe that when you have a sore head, that you stomach shuts down and therefore stops/slows down your metabolism.

I am currently in ketosis according to the stick that you pee on, at a medium level.

Joining this group "Ketosis easy does it fasting" should help me to stay on track, as I have been really determined, but now that I am not feeling the best, I am not very motivated. I think that I have been through the keto symptoms a week or so ago, as I was so thick in the head one day that I just could not think. I feel like this is an actual type of cold this time.
