Mother's day weekend was great. And Fun. Full of treats aka cookies. I ended Sunday at the beer garden with my brother and BF. I had sausage, pretzel, fries, potatos and beer. I do not regret it a bit. I barely get to eat there as it is. However I regret that I got 5 hours and 30min of sleep. I have been drinking tea and coffee all day.
I am also making excuses to walk around the office to keep my self from falling asleep. This is adding a bunch of steps to my fibit. Luckily I am being active but so tired I might skip the gym today. Instead I will go home- do some work cleaning my garden- putting everything from last night away, laundry and end the night with a small leg workout at home. I only have 12 lb dumbells. But I will ramp up the intensity to get a small leg workout in.
Tomorrow I will probably jump rope after getting extra sleep tonight
