Yesterday I felt like when the alarm clock went off I was off to the races and didn't stop until 9:15 last night. I ended up eating out last night with my Pastor and his daughter, I had never eaten at Five Guys before. It was a nice evening with my Grandma, she wanted to give one of her dolls to my Pastor's daughter. It just ended up being a longer day than I originally thought. When I finally got home I was a little wound up from being on the go. I am finding that even if I don't do a full workout I really need to do something everyday to help destress. I am hoping for a "regular" day today, what ever that is!
