So some updates- Decided not to weigh in today. I had some treats over the weekend but I kept to my 14/10 fasting rule. I kept active. I enjoyed 2 hard ciders this weekend. I don't think I gained and I dont feel I over ate at all.
So far its been about 3 weeks since I given up wheat strictly. However I did eat 2 small pieces of a KitKat which I know has wheat in it. Other than that I am stay away from it. I will for now on enjoy my dark chocolate.
Some changes I notice from avoiding wheat -No more headaches!~! This is huge, I would leave work early because I couldn't stay focused. -No more achy knees- I notice if I ate any bit of wheat I would have achy joints -Clearer skin -Weight loss. I finally feel like I am able to lose weight easier and still enjoy a treat meal on weekends.
Feeling good otherwise. A little tired due to going to bed a little late last night.
Goals for this week: -Get more sleep -Clean the house before my friend comes over friday -Eat clean- I have two events this weekend -Walk every morning with the dogs
