I did really good yesterday and then, not so good today. I tried to be prepared for the morning but got thrown for a loop in the afternoon. I had planned on coming home straight from church but then there was a meeting and then there was a party to attend. Before I knew it I ate 3 cookies that this lady in our church makes. Man are they good but then I was mad at myself. So I guess that means it's time to hit the exercise, and since I am still full I don't really have to worry about dinner.

That kinda happened to me as well. Yesterday was my turn to lead the preschoolers at church. So I made rice krispy squares for them and ended up eating a bunch of leftovers. Oh well, today is a new day!

Sounds like what ended up being my lunch yesterday with all the extra running errands thrown in the loop. 2/3 a blueberry doughnut and half a QuikTrip pretzel. Got my exercise in though! Every day is a new day to go on
