I made it home last night. I am pleased to report that things went the way I planned. I ate breakfast Thursday at the hotel and was glad I did because what the conference offered was grapes and muffins. I did splurge yesterday morning and have a hot chocolate. Wednesday evening I walked/jogged on the treadmill for a half hour and then lifted weights. Thursday I walked on the treadmill for an hour! I took the stairs everywhere instead of the elevator and moved as much as I could. I felt great leaving because that meant that i really can do it away from home. Thursday night there were some guys staying there that were doing a kick boxing competition, or what ever you call it and they were in the hallway with their trainer going at it. It was nice that they had a good size gym, and I wasn't the only one in it. Glad to be home though.
