Hi hi ho its off to Sacramento I go! I have a plan for eating and am taking my own snacks so I won't be tempted by something well out of plan. Since the conference is 10-4 one day and 9-3 the next I am hoping for some extra rest and some much needed down time. I am also taking my workout clothes so hopefully there is a gym in the hotel. This all looks good written down, so hopefully I can report back that I did it. =)
