Today is a day of remembrance for me. I was living in OKC when the bombing happened. I felt the blast, at the time I thought it was the construction that was happening in the building I was working in. Minutes later we knew the truth. Today is also a full day for me, work, open house at school and then packing to head out of town tomorrow until Friday evening. So I don't think I will get a workout in, but I am trying to be very cognizant about what is going in my mouth. Have a great day!
