Happy to have lost a pound despite having eaten so many carbs yesterday. Yesterday was a "end of intense year-end work" celebration day with my coworkers (breakfast and happy hour). I ate a typical breakfast (2 eggs, sausage, carb fest - hash browns and 2 slices of whole-wheat bread). I also had a 20-ounce red beer (more carbs than typical lager beer I think) in the afternoon for the happy hour. I guess I did not eat too much refined sugar this week. I did some zumba on Monday and 30 minutes of treadmill yesterday.
I just entered ToM, so I hope I will be able to go to my zumba hour this upcoming Monday (and avoid any "accidents"). We have this zumba hour at lunchtime only for the 4 Mondays of April, so I want to make the best of it.
