I got some great incentive today! My in-laws were up visiting us from Deleware this weekend. We haven't seen them since March. They seemed interested in SBD when they were here and decided to give it a go. 2 months later... they look awesome! I couldn't believe it! My mother in law has been going to Curves for some time and had lost a little, but when she combined it with South beach, the pounds came off with hardly any work! She's a smoker, so she looks a bit older then she really is, but since she lost this weight she looks 10 years younger at least! My father in law, is the classic no butt, big belly, and he's slimmer then I have EVER seen him! I figure, if they can do it, then so can I! I'm back to phase 1 tomorrow, to work off these extra pounds I've put back on. I always feel better when I'm on the diet, I just have to stay motivated to stick with it!
