So I finally got the new scale and it works, which is always a plus. I didn't get to work out yesterday. I was shopping for 3 hours yesterday so I just wasn't up for it after that. I should have gone on a walk or something but I still needed to go to my mom's. I know, excuses excuses. The good thing is that I did not eat like I had went to the gym so my decifits will still be good.

I went to church again this morning and then went to the gym afterwards. Before and during my lower abdominal area was cramping (TMI, almost like I needed to have a BM) but I didn't. My stomach wasn't feeling to hot either. I worked through it but when I got home I got something to eat right away and it seems to have helped. I looked at the last couple of days and it doesn't seem like I'm eating enough.

I'm having a little trouble trying to balance eating enough but not too much. I have not been hungry the last few days (and if I am I eat). I'm going to keep on keeping on but we'll see what happens.

I try to work out five days a week. The food is very hard for me because I cheat sometimes. I will tell you I had the band surgery and you still have to watch eveery thing you put in your mouth. I follow the Atkins diet. For breakfast i ate boil egg, cheese and soft banna. Lunch chicken leg dice tomato. I cut my meat up into small amounts. When I have a bad day I just tell myself tomorrow will be better. Good luck "Success comes in cans, not in cannots" P.S. i am not a good speller
