I NEED to get back on track. I've been working out but all of a sudden, I just can't... can't lose anything. I'm just up up up up up. It is my TOM but still, I started a 6 week workout again and I haven't missed any of them, I've been decently active but man it's just not helping. UGH.

Most women gain weight during TOM. Wait till after and see what happens. Also, sore muscles means your muscles are retaining water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or small loss. Just keep going. Consistency is important in weight loss.

You have done an amazing job so far, don't give up. Come back and start tracking food, excercise and weight or esle you will gain it all back. I know, I have been there.
