Yesterday was a busy day, so I didn't get to eat much by the time 5pm rolled around. I had to make a choice. Fast since 230p which would be nuts because I'd starve all night but maybe... or eat now (at 730P) and fast til 930am which is hard at my desk job. Well, I ate, not much, but I ate. I woke up starving at 7am but fought it off...by 830 I thought I would see stars but I drank ice water and listened to something soothing. Hunger passed... I'm now eating breakfast, an apple at 1115 AM! Wheeee! :D Yeah OK, I coulda pushed it to 1130 but I have to work out at 1230P so I should be done eating by 1130. Anyway, I'm pleased with myself. Fasting is getting easier. :)
Edit: well that didn't go well... I had ONE apple before my work out...luckily it was a big apple but still! I ate after that but yeah that was a tough work out!
