Yesterday was terrible. Hardly any exercise, ate ok, but more than I needed to with a lot of carbs, and nothing but lazy. I was so lethargic it was disgusting. I knew all I needed to do to change that was move around and go outside for a walk but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I can't find my ipod and that is discouraging. I can still exercise without it and need to quit this little slump I'm in. Especially before it gets cold! Oh, and I skipped boot camp this morning. SHAME :( Thank goodness I'm going to work tonight. It will at least force me out of the house.
