3 days back on low carb, already lost 4 pounds, but im craving a deli sandwich like a madman, but this is no joke anymore i have to do this all the way this time or i could get diabetes or damage my heart! Dont forget girly this is a life choice you can have the bread when your healthy enough for it!!
