Do you feel deprived of certain things or deprived of food in general? If you are feeling deprived in general you are not eating enough. YOU SHOULD NOT FEEL HUNGRY ON THID DIET!!!! If you are hungry, eat. Just make sure you are eating appropriately. Tracie is right the cravings will go away IF you don't give in and eat carbs and sugar. I've been on SB for quite some time and I still get cravings, but only AFTER I've eaten a high carb or high sugar food. As long as I keep them out of my system I don't crave them. Don't get me wrong, Mexican, Italian and Chinese are some of my favorite foods and I spurge now and then, but I know afterward I will have to fight the cravings again for a few days, you just have to know yourself and how strong you can be when you really want something!
