TIRED!!! but still motivated!! Thank GOD! Started and I fee very bloated! I had to admit I cheated and weighed myself again yesterday!!! not a good thing. I weigh the same! very depressed about that but I'm keep-n on. Hopefuylly by Sunday I will have lost a good bit of weight! I really need to be strong today. Im treating my children to a movie. The popcorn, etc will be tempting. Also going to Sams to buy candy for a parade my daughter is in on Saturdary. Pray for my strength. going do the stairs now at work(5flights).

Here's a few suggestions: If you can, wait until Friday or Saturday morning to buy the candy so that it will be less of a temptation or better still, take it to the parade organizer. Also, you may not want to weigh yourself daily, women go up and down too much for that and because your period is here, no doubt there is some water retention. Be strong and good luck with all.
