I am working a couple of hours this morning then heading off to Monterrey for a work conference . Hubby and I looked at the map because I really do not want to drive through the Bay Area, so I have another way, it's a little longer but in reality it may be shorter due to not sitting in traffic. I am taking my work out clothes because I am sure that after sitting in a car for 6 hours I am going to need to move my body! I have my lunch ready and a preliminary plan for dinner since I will be on the road. I have to admit I am a little nervous doing this on my own, I have traveled with coworkers for years but this will be the first time alone for work, I just need to look at it like a vacation that I am going to my folks and I do that often by myself.
