I get that we all want our WL to move faster than it does. But are you letting that get in the way of celebrating the fact that you LOST 2 lbs & are now 2 lbs closer to your goal? I've gone months without losing & others here have gone longer than that. Being frustrated won't help you. Do you know why it hasn't gone as fast as you want? Is there something you can do about it? Then do it. You don't know? Then look back at your food & exercise logs to see if there is something you can adjust then do that. But don't waste time being frustrated, it will only hold you back hon.

Frustrated, because Im working really hard- and Im very impatient! Im happy i've lost 35 lbs up to date, and proud. I seem to be slowing down, and I guess thats the nature of the beast. Its not holding me back, its motivating me to step it up...I ran 3 miles today!
