Today I am trying to get a lot of things done as I have to be out of town for work this next week. In all of that I am also trying to take some time for myself and get a workout in. I know that I do much better overall when I take care of myself.
This trip I will be going by myself so it should be, I say should, easy to control what I eat. Since I am headed to the Bay Area I am hoping for some good fresh seafood. Hubby doesn't like seafood and I have no issue eating out alone, I just take a book and settle in. =)
