Home from vacation. What a nice relaxing time. I did get a couple of formal workouts in and then did a few things like hike 4 miles to and from a lighthouse. =) We ate pretty good especially since we took most of our own food. We only ate out twice! One of those was a crab melt, YUMMY! I tried to log my food but eventually gave up, but I was very cognizant of what I was putting in my mouth! Tomorrow is back to the old grind!
