Not a bad week considering the social aspects which have affected me this week. I find that I can usually make good choices now whatever the situation, like yesterday when it was a fixed roast meal, but I gave my husband the extra potatoes and filled up on veg, and decided on a dessert but chose the least damaging for me of pancakes, rather than the lovely looking sugary puds!!! See the halo!!!! lols Having said that I was still over on calories yesterday, but under the sugar limits which is far more important to me, and I did exercise on the treadmill before we went out....see the halo now positively gleaming!!!
Well back to work next week and this may make things slightly more tricky for posting, tracking and recording as apparently the wifi and mobile service out there is useless, but until we get there I won't know for sure, just have to suck it and see.
