Ugh! The struggle has been so real. can't seem to get back on track! I buy healthy foods then neighbors bring me stuff I shouldn't eat but even worse other friends bring me pure junk, like donuts which are my kryptonite! I CAN do this! just need to be stronger than my excuses!
