Finally below 225 lol. I have been stuck at 225 to 227 for a week. Trying a new protein drink called Vegan Super Greens from Costco. Have had it 2 days now and it's pretty good mixed with almond milk. I also changed to almond milk 2 days ago from skim milk, never thought I could do it lol. It taste pretty good and is only 30 calories for a cup compared to 80 and has no sugar in the unsweetened one. I actually made it to the pool after being sick all last week and it felt sooo good. I really missed it. I came home and spent 2 hours out in the yard mowing, weed eating and ripping out a old bush. It's so funny because last Sept when I was 247 pounds, I couldn't even mow the whole yard at once without taking a break. I love the new me and am so happy I started this adventure.
