I have a migraine and am exhausted. Looking forward to an early bed tonight to try and shake some of this. It's been a week and a half since any "formal" exercise and I am missing it. Hoping to get back to regular life soon. I had an ash Wednesday service to go to tonight but I decided that I needed a little TLC since I have been looking after everyone else. I have to take care of emotional me just as well as I have to take care of physical me. Stay well friends!
