Instead of succumbing to a February Funk, I read a few articles on Intermittent Fasting and gave some thought to food prep and getting my day on... Getting up to refill my coffee...There was a pink rosy glow outside and the sunrise was just beginning to unfold...The bright band of blue under those bands of pink gave way to orange, then gold and in a matter of minutes all that spectacular color was gone...but it left me quite inspired to do beautiful things today.
