I am going to attempt work again today, not feeling 100% yet but certainly much better, hoping this is the turn the corner day. I am sticking with bland foods and so far everything is staying down, thank you Jesus! I do not wish the stomach flu on anyone! On the bright side i am down 2 pounds, we'll see if that stays like that. Have a great day friends and stay well!
