Lost 6 lbs this week more than happy. Suck to my plan of no more than 50% to 60% of my RDI. Onto my next goals of below 250 lbs and then 17 stone 7 lbs.
I'm a bit tired though don't know if its age, diet or worry about my wife health or a combination. She having a bad time with her asthma and breathing.
